FEMALE ASPIRANT FACES BROTHER IN COURT

A female political aspirant has taken her brother to court after damaging her property and further stating murder allegations at her home within Nairobi.

George Macharia, 34, was charged on two counts accused of creating drama and insulting his elder sister in the afternoon of Box day.

Margaret Wangari ,an aspiring County representative in Mowlem watched a crowd gather in her compound on 26 th December of this month.

Tension was high when her younger brother accused her of 'killing' both husband and sister in the recent past.

The 38 year old aspirant called officers when the situation went out of control. She took offence when her campaign posters were torn and three windows  worth sh 3000 were broken.

Macharia appeared before a Makadara court and denied both counts of damaging property and creating disturbance. It was not clear weather he was under the influence of alcohol.

Resident Magistrate Alice Macharia granted a cash bail of sh 10,000 . The case will be heared on 14th March next year.
