DR AND NURSES GLOW AT AUDITION EVENT

In recent weeks Doctors and Nurses have been on the fore front of striking. However, over the weekend a glowing party on their tribute charmed many as hosted by the Dj republik crew.

Even as the Medical  Services Minister Anyang' Nyong'o  called for striking nurses to be arrested two weeks ago, the professionals danced the night away at the Vineyard restaurant in Westlands.

The event  was dubbed Dr and Nurses Audition and planned for at least three months. It saw three Deejays spin at the deck together with a guest violin player Scott  who made enormous tunes to deejay mixes.

At least three hundred guests  were dressed in attires representing doctors and nurses as a dressing code.  If not in the looks ,one was  seen as a ' hospital patient'.

Many people sipped drinks from syringe and drips donated from various hospitals. 

Dj Republik Manager Kalekye Mumo told Word is "The event was a sign of appreciating the medical profession.  Its not all about the money , there's a fun side to their world despite the recent strikes they can also value themselves."
